Carl Zambuto’s passion for optics began in 1989 when he ground his first mirror. After eight years making mirrors and telescopes as an amateur, including four years teaching telescope making, Carl turned professional and began the Zambuto Optical Company. ZOC now celebrates over 25 years making what is arguably the highest caliber Newtonian primary mirror in the premium telescope industry.
